Luxury Vacation Rental Features
Five air-conditioned bedrooms, four king size beds, and two single beds that can be pushed together. A walk-in closet in the master bedroom and large closets in each bedroom provide plentiful storage for clothes and suitcases. Master bath includes; two sinks and large counter space, mirrored medicine cabinets, linen closets, wall-hung toilet, bidet, oversized curb-less shower with special amenities for the disabled. Other baths feature a rain showerhead, and a tub/shower combo.

A gourmet kitchen with numerous appliances include: a raised dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with through-the-door ice and water, oven, gas stove top, upper and lower granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes and tableware. You will discover, for your enjoyment: high-speed Internet & cable plasma TV, stereo, ceiling fans throughout with remote controls, hardwood French doors leading out onto the covered deck, blackout shades and movable wooden shudders, and professionally decorated interior. Outdoors you will find: dive locker, infinity pool with large wide stairs with sturdy railing, deck gas grill, outdoor shower, non-slip Brazilian tile deck, with a protected and secure lanai.

CLEANING:
Flamingo Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once during your weekly stay. Bed linens and towels are present in the villa and will be replaced by Coral Estate Services. If you would like to request extra cleaning, please let us know when you make your reservations. Final cleaning is included; except if excessive cleaning is necessary an additional charge will be accessed.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
Toilet paper, bath and kitchen towels, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard, but can be arranged ahead of time for an extra charge.

ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival to the island our property manager will wait for you at the Coral Estate office during working hours, at the front gate after hours, or meet at the airport if escort service is requested. The host will show the villa to you and provide the key. Guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the host will keep. Guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A security deposit is required at reservation confirmation. At check out the host will inspect the villa for damage and excessive utility usage, if there are no problems the deposit will be returned within 21 days. Check-in time is 1600 hours (4 p.m. local time). Check-out is 10 a.m. local time.

GROCERY SHOPPING / WELCOME FOOD PACK SERVICE:
If you are arriving late in the day, and don't have time to stop at the grocery store, please ask to have your rental pre-stocked with groceries of your choice or our standard welcome food pack (US $ 100.00). Either service is well worth the nominal fee so you can settle right into your rental and relax for your first island breakfast.
