Luxury Vacation Rental Features
Five air-conditioned bedrooms, four king size beds, and two extra-long single beds that can be pushed together. A walk-in closet in the master bedroom and large closets in each bedroom provide plentiful storage for clothes and suitcases. Master bath includes; granite countertop with two sinks, mirrors, linen closets, wall-hung toilet, bidet, oversized curb-less shower with special amenities for the disabled. Other baths feature a rain showerhead, mirrored medicine cabinets, and a tub/shower combo.

A gourmet kitchen with numerous appliances include: a raised dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with through-the-door ice and water, oven, gas stove top, upper and lower granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes and tableware. You will discover, for your enjoyment: high-speed Internet & cable, plasma TV, and surround-sound stereo. For your comfort: there are ceiling fans throughout, French doors leading out onto the covered deck, blackout shades, movable wooden shudders, and a professionally decorated interior. For your outdoor use, you will find: infinity pool with large wide stairs, gas grill, outdoor shower, non-slip Brazilian tile deck, with a protected lanai, and a secure dive locker.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN:
For families with small children, Flamingo Villa is equipped with a sturdy crib with linens, a portable playpen, high-chair, baby monitor, and assorted pool toys. Of course, babies love playing in the hammock with mom or dad!

CLEANING:
Flamingo Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once during a seven-night stay. Bed linens, bath, beach, and kitchen towels are supplied in the villa. If you would like to request extra cleaning, please let us know when you make your reservations. Final cleaning is included.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS SUPPLIED:
Shampoo, lotion, dish detergent, laundry washing powder, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags, and matchboxes are provided.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Upon arrival to Coral Estate, the property manager will greet you at the villa. He will show the property and the house manual, answer questions, and provide keys. Guests will need to complete a check-in form and are responsible for the villa during their stay. At check out the manager will inspect the villa for damage and excessive utility usage. If everything is acceptable, your deposit will be returned within 15 days. Check-in time is 1600 hours (4 p.m. local time). Check-out is 10 a.m. local time.

GROCERY SHOPPING / WELCOME FOOD PACK SERVICE:
If you are arriving late–after the grocery stores have closed–please ask to have your rental pre-stocked with groceries (US $100.00 for four people). This service is well worth the cost so you can settle into your paradise villa with an evening snack, breakfast, and lunch the following day. Please ask for our food selection list.
